  The lost, obliterated, or damaged share certificate which is replaced by the new share certificate shall be cancelled.
• ใบหุ้นที่สูญหาย ลบเลือน หรือชำรุดซึ่งได้มีการออกใบหุ้นใหม่แทนให้แล้ว ให้ถือว่าใบหุ้นเก่านั้นเป็นอันยกเลิก
  The lost, obliterated, or damaged share certificate which is replaced by the new share certificate shall be cancelled.
• ข้อ 11. บริษัทอาจเรียกค่าธรรมเนียมในการออกใบหุ้นใหม่แทนใบหุ้นที่สูญหาย ถูกทำลาย ลบเลือน หรือชำรุดได้ตามอัตราที่กฎหมายกำหนด
  Article 11. The Company may charge a fee for the issue of a new share certificate to replace a lost, destroyed, defaced or damaged share certificate in accordance with the rate prescribed by law.
• ข้อ 11. บริษัทอาจเรียกค่าธรรมเนียมในการออกใบหุ้นใหม่แทนใบหุ้นที่สูญหาย ถูกทำลาย ลบเลือน หรือชำรุดได้ตามอัตราที่กฎหมายกำหนด
  Article 11. The Company may charge a fee for the issue of a new share certificate to replace a lost, destroyed, defaced or damaged share certificate in accordance with the rate prescribed by law.
